Coronavirus is affecting us all and here at Bright Training and Assessment, we want to make sure we’re doing everything in our power to best support our customers and our people. We’ve evolved and adapted to ensure we remain very much open for business and are here to support you, our much valued and loyal customers. We’re observing the relevant guidance on social distancing and have adapted to home working while continuing to achieve all of our high standards of customer service. We’ve been determined to make it ‘business as usual’ and although our customer service team are spread out all over the UK, we are still meeting our famous ‘3-ring answer’ policy on nearly every occasion. We are returning emails to our customers within one working day, we are dispatching parcels on the same day, we are marking and certificating within 7 days (usually much faster) and we are always delighted to speak with our customers.

Respect social distancing
  • New signage placed throughout the office and classrooms providing clear guidance on social distancing and hygiene to delegates and clients.
  • Barriers and markings have been placed throughout the training centre to indicate 2-metre social distancing protocols as well as entry and exit routes to minimise contact.
  • Our reception desk has been upgraded with a protective barrier/screen to ensure a limitation in contact.
  • Access to our main office will be restricted to 1 delegate at a time and will also be marked on the floor.
  • All non-essential staff will continue to work from home where possible.
  • We will be operating courses with limited numbers to ensure social distancing.
Personal Protective Equipment and other equipment
  • All staff working at the training centre will wear the correct PPE when engaging with delegates.
  • Face masks will be provided to delegates only if necessary and if available.
  • Delegates will be provided with stationary and water but advise you to bring your own lunch to help reduce unnecessary contact or travel.
Keeping sanitized
  • Further encouragement to increase the frequency of hand washing and surface cleaning.
  • Hand sanitisers are placed in the appropriate locations around the centre and all delegates will be encouraged to use them each time they leave or enter the classrooms.
  • Our training centre is disinfected continuously throughout the day (all doors, classroom desks, computers, keyboards etc.)
  • Building management have increased cleaning frequency in corridors and toilet facilities.
Additional measures put into place
  • Firm risk assessments have been carried out with thorough risk management strategies put into place.
  • All activities and processes where possible will be carried out electronically as a priority.
  • All individuals will be screened when entering the premises with no-contact thermometers.
  • Break times across classes will be staggered and shortened to avoid any overlap and any unnecessary contact/risk.
Most importantly
  • Failure to adhere to the enforced rules will result in removal from the classroom or office. Additional charges will apply for rebooking.
